PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSED LOCAL LAW

SHIRE OF DOWERIN PARKING LOCAL LAW 2018

At the Ordinary Meeting of Council on 26 June 2018 Council resolved to give public notice of its intention to make a Parking Local Law:

• Purpose - To provide for the regulation of parking in the Shire of Dowerin
• Effect - To prescribe obligations that apply to residents and visitors to Dowerin in order to ensure responsible parking that reduces risk and nuisance to residents.

The proposed Local Law is available by clicking here, or can be requested by contacting the Shire Office on 9631 1202 during the hours of 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or by emailing dowshire@dowerin.wa.gov.au

Public submissions on the Proposed Local Law may be made to the Shire.  Please address your submissions to Gary Martin, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Dowerin, PO Box 111 DOWERIN  WA  6461 or via email dowshire@dowerin.wa.gov.au.  Submissions must be received by 4pm on 13 August 2018.
