Telecentre and Library

Telecentre

The many services on offer at the telecentre cover a wide range of options including administration, secretarial, sales, safe custody storage and desktop publishing. Equipment is available to be used, such as printers, laminators, scanners, binders and computers. The telecentre is an instore branch for the Westpac Bank, Westnet, Centrelink, Employment National, BOCS bookings,Westlink programs, Medicare Easy Claim and Despatch (local newspaper).

The telecentre has facilities for teleconferencing.

Library

The LISWA free lending library is available at the Telecentre. Monday – Friday

State Library

The State Library makes available, on behalf of all public libraries in the state, access to the following online resources: Britannica Library Edition Online, Gale's Health and Wellness Resource Center, Ebsco's Australia/New Zealand Reference Centre, Business Source Elite, Novelist and Consumer Health Complete. All public library members can access these useful resources through their local library or from home using the barcode on their public library membership card. Pubic Library Membership Cards are available from the Dowerin Telecentre.
