Dogs in Dowerin

The Shire of Dowerin is now receiving the services of Wayne the Ranger from the Shire of Wongan Ballidu. If you have an issue with dangerous, annoying or troublesome dogs in your area please contact Wayne on 0447988271 , or give the Shire Admin team a call and they’ll talk to Wayne on your behalf.

Dog Owners
If you own a dog please ensure the following:

  • Your dog must be licensed. Speak to the Shire about licensing your 4 legged friend
  • Please make sure your dog is confined to your residence - roaming dogs cause a nuisance when they venture onto another persons property….and often make a mess!
  • When taking your dog for a walk—keep your dog on a lead and clean up after your dog!
