Be Active Survey

The Shire of Dowerin has documented a Physical Activity Plan which outlines the community needs and requests for the future sport and recreational needs. The original document was drawn up in 2007 and is due for renewal now in 2010.

This document outlines what the Avon Be Active Coordinator is to work towards and aims to reach all the required outcomes stated. In developing the shire’s new plan, a community survey is being conducted to give the residents and rate payers of Dowerin a say in what is included in the plan. Please fill out the attached survey and include any programs or workshops you would like to see available in the near future. A few different options have been included but if you have any other ideas please note them down.
