Master Pasta

On Friday 3rd September Sonya Ralph hosted the eagerly anticipated Master Pasta Cooking Class at the Dowerin District High School Home Economics Room as part of Adult Learners Week.

The event was a huge success with 8 participants taking part and working in pairs to make some delicious culinary creations! Dallas and Nadia made some mouth watering pumpkin ravioli whilst Tracy & Jodie went for the meat option with a pork and veal ravioli. Kylie & Wendy did a fantastic fettuccini whilst Sarah and Sonia created a delicious spinach and  ricotta cannelloni. Sonya did a fantastic job teaching the tricks of her trade and feedback was 100% positive—all wishing to take part in something similar in the near future.

Many thanks to Sonya for agreeing to run the class and the Department of Training & Workforce  for the funding through Adult learners week
