A Be Active Day at the Cricket
Wed, 13 Jan 2010On Sunday 10th January the Shire of Dowerin's Be Active Coordinator Jo Buegge organised a bus to Perth for the Youth of Dowerin, Goomalling and Toodyay for a day at the twenty20 Big Bash at the WACA. A handful of excited youngsters from Dowerin loaded onto the bus excited to watch the WA Warriors take on Victoria and it was fantastic to see WA have a win at the WACA. Many thanks to Jo for organising the excursion which was funded by the Department of Communities Youth Holiday Development Grant funding.
