Members of the public are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Dowerin, to be held on Tuesday 18 February 2020 at 6.00pm at the Dowerin Community Club.
This is an opportunity for Council to present the 2018/19 Annual Report (available Here) and for you to ask any questions about the Report and Shire activities for the previous financial year.
When: Tuesday, 18 February 2019 commencing at 6.00pm
Where: Dowerin Community Club, East Street, Dowerin
The order of business will be:
- Adoption of the 2018/19 Annual Report
- General Business
To ensure that we can provide the most accurate and informed responses to your questions as possible, please submit your question(s) in writing prior to the meeting. Questions can be emailed, posted or hand delivered to the Shire Office.
