At its 24 September 2019 meeting Council resolved to adopt the following Local Law (CMRef 0043):

Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2019

Purpose:  To provide for the regulation, control and management of activities and facilities on Local Government Property within the Shire of Dowerin.

Effect:  To establish the requirements with which any persons using or being on Local Government Property within the Shire of Dowerin, must comply.

The Local Law was printed in the Government Gazette Number GG019 on Friday 7 February 2020. The Local Law comes into effect on Saturday 22 February 2020.
