PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSED LOCAL LAW

SHIRE OF DOWERIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROPERTY LOCAL LAW

At the Ordinary Meeting of Council on 26 June 2018 Council resolved to give public notice of its intention to make a Property Local Law:

• Purpose - To provide the regulation, control and management of activities and facilities on Local Government Property within the Shire of Dowerin.
• Effect - To establish the requirements with which any persons using or being on Local Government Property within the Shire of Dowerin, must comply.

The proposed Local Law is available by clicking here or can be requested by contacting the Shire Offices on 9631 1202 during the hours of 8.30am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Public submissions on the proposed Local Law may be made to the Shire.  Please address your submissions to Gary Martin, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Dowerin, PO Box 111 DOWERIN  WA  6461 or email via email dowshire@dowerin.wa.gov.au  Submissions must be received by 4pm on Monday, 13 August 2018.
