Public notice - annual general meeting of electors 2018
Members of the Public are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Shire of Dowerin, to be held on Tuesday, 5 February 2019 at 6.00pm at the Dowerin Community Club.
This is an opportunity for Council to present the 2017/2018 Annual Report to you (which is available on the Shire website www.dowerin.wa.gov.au), and for you to ask any questions you have about the Report and Shire decisions and activity.
When: Tuesday, 5 February 2019 from 6.00pm
Where: Dowerin Community Club, East Street DOWERIN
The order of business will be:
- Adoption of the 2017/18 Annual Report
- Other General Business
The agenda will be available from the Shire website on 22 January 2019.
Everyone is welcome and invited to attend.
There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have. To ensure that we can provide the most accurate and informed responses possible, we invite you to submit your question in writing prior to the meeting. Questions can be emailed, posted or hand delivered to the Shire Office.
