Pursuant to Section 6.20(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, The Shire of Dowerin hereby gives one month’s notice of its intention to enter a short-term liquidity borrowing facility of up to $1.5 million dollars from the Western Australian Treasury Corporation (WATC) for periods up to 12 months for the cash flow management of DRFAWA flood damage expenses.
