While Council and Committee Meetings are open to members of the public, those wishing to attend a meeting are requested to contact the Shire Administration on 9631 1202 / dowshire@dowerin.wa.gov.au prior to the meeting to enable appropriate measures to be taken to ensure compliance with the social distancing requirements (bearing in mind the size of Council Chambers). Alternatively, members of the public can forward their question(s) to the Shire prior to the meeting via email to dowshire@dowerin.wa.gov.au and the question(s) will be raised at the meeting and the answer detailed in the minutes.

It should be noted that should the Federal or State Government restrictions on public gatherings change in the future, this matter may need to be revised.
