PUBLIC COMMENT

Proposed NEWROC Regional Subsidiary

At the Ordinary Meeting of Council dated 21 June 2022, Council resolved in accordance with Section 3.71 of the Local Government Act 1995, to endorse the following NEWROC Regional Subsidiary documents for community consultation:

1. Business Plan
2. Communications Plan
3. Charter

A Community Forum will be held as follows to discuss these documents.

Council resolved to advertise for public submissions to be received prior to 31 July 2022.  Submissions will be considered by Council prior to final adoption being the date of the August Ordinary Council Meeting.

A copy of the documents is available on our website at www.dowerin.wa.gov.au or from the Shire Administration Office.

Public submissions must be received in writing and submitted to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Dowerin, PO Box 111, Dowerin WA 6461 or emailed to ldreghorn@dowerin.wa.gov.au.  

Submissions must be received by no later than 31 July 2022.
