 INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTIES
43 Stacy Street & 13 MAISEY STREET

Residents and ratepayers of the Shire of Dowerin are advised that the Shire of Dowerin has resolved to dispose of 43 Stacy Street (Lot 187 Plan P148933) Dowerin, to Ms. S Jones for the sum of $100,000 in accordance with section 3.58(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995. The market value of the property was assessed at $105,000 in September 2018.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to this proposal.

Submissions should be addressed to Chief Executive Officer and can be posted to PO Box 111 Dowerin 6461, emailed to rmccall@dowerin.wa.gov.au or hand delivered to the Shire Offices during normal business hours. Submissions are to be received no later than 4.00pm on Wednesday 12th December 2018.

Residents and ratepayers are also advised that The Shire of Dowerin proposes to sell by Private Treaty 11 Maisey Street (Lot 13 Plan D036566) Dowerin, in accordance with section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995. Information on this property is available at www.dowerin.wa.gov.au or by contacting the Shire Offices on 9631 1202. Offers to purchase are to be received no later than 4.00pm on Wednesday 12th December 2018.
