INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY
Residents and ratepayers of the Shire of Dowerin are advised that the Shire of Dowerin has resolved to dispose of 12 Cottrell Street (Lot 46 Plan P129090) Dowerin, to Mr. M Barr for the sum of $85,000 in accordance with section 3.58(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995. The market value of the property was assessed at $83,033 in September 2018.Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to this proposal. Submissions should be addressed to Chief Executive Officer and can be posted to PO Box 111 Dowerin 6461, emailed to rmccall@dowerin.wa.gov.au or hand delivered to the Shire Offices during normal business hours. Submissions are to be received no later than 4.00pm on Thursday 3rd January 2019.
