Community Resource Centre and Public Library
The Dowerin Community Resource Centre is a Not-For-Profit community based organisation run by a Coordinator, Project Manager, Volunteers and Management Committee.
Community Resource Centres provide local access to a range of services otherwise not readily available to smaller regional communities. Our Community Resource Centre is a Centrelink agent, also includes a Westpac Instore branch and an extensive Visitors Centre.
The Dowerin Public Library is also located in the CRC building.
With Community Resource Centres located in more than 100 communities throughout
Western Australia you’re never far away from your local CRC, which means you’re never far from home or the office.
We are situated in the old Commercial/Challenge Bank Building, which is prime location for our town.
