Stallholders and Traders
A stallholder or trader is any person or business wishing to sell goods, provide services, or operate a stall at events or markets within the Shire of Dowerin. This includes both food and non-food activities.
All stallholders and traders must obtain a Trading Permit before operating. Permits help ensure public safety, fair trading, and compliance with local laws. Fees apply.
To obtain a permit, complete the form below and return to the shire administration office.
Trader Permit Application
If your stall or trading activity involves selling or handling food, please include a copy of your Food Act 2008 Registration certificate issued by your local council with your trader application. Certificates are valid across Western Australia, but we require proof for our records.
