Please be advised that the President has called a Special Council Meeting (SCM) for the purpose of considering and awarding Tender T2026-03.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, 6 May at 3:00pm in the Council Chambers.

The purpose of the meeting is to enable Council to formally review submissions and make a determination in accordance with procurement requirements.
