If you own property or run a business in Dowerin but don’t live here, you may be eligible to enrol on the Owner/Occupier Roll for the upcoming local government elections.
Enrolment allows you to vote in Dowerin, even if you are already enrolled to vote elsewhere.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be enrolled on the State Electoral Roll where you live.
- Own or lease a property in the Shire of Dowerin with a right of continuous occupation for at least three months.
- Companies and joint owners can also nominate up to two people to vote on their behalf.
Nominations must be received by 5:00pm, 22 August 2025 to be included on the roll for this years’ Local Government Election.
